When Ace Cafe expanded into North America, the challenge wasn’t visibility, it was authenticity.
Ace Cafe is more than a restaurant. It is a cultural institution rooted in motorcycle heritage, rock-and-roll history, and decades of global loyalty. For the Orlando flagship, the mandate was clear: open with immediate credibility, honoring the legacy of Ace Cafe London while establishing a distinctly American destination.

Every decision was made to ensure the Orlando location felt immediately connected to Ace Cafe’s global legacy.
Ace Cafe Orlando opened with a fully realized retail experience that complemented the food, music, and motorsports culture of the space.
Most importantly, Ace Cafe North America debuted as a true destination, not simply a new location.
Iconic brands don’t fail because they expand, they fail when expansion compromises identity.
This project reflects Brands & Brawn’s ability to:
Ace Cafe Orlando didn’t just open. It arrived fully formed.
